The Katoomba Group hosted a one-day Global Synthesis Workshop in conjunction with the World Conservation Congress entitled, "Ecosystems for sale in an unequal world." The session explored emerging markets in watershed protection, carbon sequestration, and biodiversity conservation and addressed issues of equity.
